About 4 OO SL This invention relates to brake devices for working cylinders without piston rods. A brake device is known for a working cylinder without a piston rod, which contains a fluid-actuated piston connected by means of a closed transmission link or directly with a slipstone 1 located outside the cylinder. However, the known braking device acts on the inner working surface of the cylinder, which leads to its damage. In addition, the placement of the braking device inside the cylinder causes an increase in size and does not allow to obtain high stopping accuracy and reliability of braking. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of braking while reducing the dimensions of the cylinder. The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for a working cylinder without a piston rod, containing a fluid-actuated piston, connected by means of a closed transmission link or directly with a rocker stone located outside the cylinder, is completed in the form of at least one brake lining concentrically covering the cylinder and built into the rocker stone. The brake lining is provided with at least one piston interacting through conical elements with the lining, and a spring holding the pistons in their extreme positions. Pistons can be formed annular concentrically covering the cover. In addition, pistons can be mounted concentrically around the lining. FIG. 1 shows a working cylinder without a piston rod with a brake device; in fig. 2 - the same section; in fig. 3 — a braking device with two annular pistons and conical elements, the tops of which are directed towards each other; in fig. 4 shows section A-A in FIG. 3; in fig. 5 - a braking device with several pistons and conical elements, the tops of which are directed towards each other; in fig. b - the same, with two annular pistons (conic elements are directed by vertices in opposite directions); Fig. 7 shows the same, working in pairs with several pistons, (the conical elements are directed by vertices in opposite directions); in fig. 8 - section bb in Fig.7. The brake device for the working cylinder without a piston rod consists of a lining 1 and a cuff 2 which concentrically surround the cylinder 3. The brake lining 1 and the cuff 2 are placed in the housing 4 of the braking device. In the cylinder 3 there is a piston 5 connected to the rocker link stone 7, mounted outside the cylinder 3 in the housing 4 of the braking device. The housing 4 of the braking device is provided with a fitting 8 for supplying fluid. Instead of the cuff 2, annular pistons 9 and 10 with spring 11 and conical elements 12 and 13 can be used to actuate the brake lining 1. Pistons 9 and 10 form cavities -14 and 15 in housing 4 of the braking device life is directed verpereichi towards each other (Fig. 3) or in opposite directions (Fig. b) o To activate the brake lining 1, it can be used as far as the pistons 16-19, which are arranged concentrically around the lining 1 and working in pairs (Figs. 5 and 7). . When the piston 5 moves in the cylinder 3, the brake housing 4 with the brake lining 1, the sleeve 2 and the rocker 7 moves with the help of the closed transmission link 6 along the cylinder 3, When fluid is supplied through the fitting 8, the cuff 2 is stretched, presses the brake lining 1 to the cylinder 3, thereby decelerating. The brake body 4 with the rocker stone 7 stops. When using instead of the cuff 2 ring pistons 9 and 10, the movement of the rocker stone 7 along the cylinder 3 occurs when there is pressure in the cavities 14 and 15. To stop the rocker 7 of the cavity 14 and 15 communicate with the drain, the spring 11 pushes the annular pistons 9 and 10, which, acting on the conical elements 12 and 13 and through them on the brake pad 1, stop the stone 7. When used to actuate the brake lining of several pistons 16-19, working in pairs, the brake device operates similarly to the case of using two annular pistons 9 and Y.
